JOINT CONSULAR AND LABOR OUTREACH MISSION TO YAMAGUCHI CITY

MWO-Osaka will be joining the Joint Consular and Labor Outreach Mission to Yamaguchi on 28 February 2026 (Saturday). The venue will be at Tokuyama Catholic Church, 1 Chome-6 Moricho, Shunan, Yamaguchi City, Yamaguchi 745-0004 Japan

The MWO team will be at the above stated venue and dates for the following services:

• Evaluation and verification of recruitment and employment documents;
• Renewal of OWWA Membership; and
• Consultation by employers on issues and concerns on Filipino Workers and their working and living conditions.

In view of the foregoing, Supervising Organizations, Accepting Organizations and Employers/Principals that wish to make an appointment with MWO during the outreach mission are advised to use the attached form. Fully accomplished form (Form 1: Labor Documentation Concerns) should be submitted to MWO email address at pcg.osaka.logbook@gmail.com not later than 24 February 2026

Likewise, they are advised to inform their workers to renew their OWWA membership. Fully accomplished form (Form 2: OWWA membership) should be summitted to MWO-Osaka Welfare email address at mwoosaka.welfare@gmail.com not later than 24 February 2026.
