JOINT CONSULAR AND LABOR OUTREACH MISSION TO FUKUOKA CITY
MWO-Osaka will be joining the Joint Consular and Labor Outreach Mission to Yamaguchi on 28 March 2026 (Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm) and 29 March 2026 (Sunday 9:30 am to 11:30 am). The venue will be at Kokusai Hiroba ACROS FUKUOKA (3F) 1-1-1 Tenjin, Chuo-Ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka 8100-0001, Japan
The MWO team will be at the above stated venue and dates for the following services:
- Evaluation and verification of recruitment and employment documents;
- Renewal of OWWA Membership; and
- Consultation by employers on issues and concerns on Filipino Workers and their working and living conditions.
In view of the foregoing, Supervising Organizations, Accepting Organizations and Employers/Principals that wish to make an appointment with MWO during the outreach mission are advised to use the attached form. Fully accomplished form (Form 1: Labor Documentation Concerns) should be submitted to MWO email address at pcg.osaka.logbook@gmail.com not later than 20 March 2026
Likewise, they are advised to inform their workers to renew their OWWA membership. Fully accomplished form (Form 2: OWWA membership) should be submitted to MWO-Osaka Welfare email address at mwoosaka.welfare@gmail.com not later than 20 March 2026.
