Nagoya, Japan, 19 June 2026 – Migrant Workers Office-Osaka Labor Attaché Manuel M. Dimaano, who assumed official duty on 02 June 2026 as the Head of MWO-Osaka, paid a courtesy call on Hon. Shirlene C. Mananquil, Consul General, Philippine Consulate General （PCG）- Nagoya. He is warmly received by ConGen Mananquil and officers of PCG Nagoya.
Labor Attaché Dimaano assures ConGen Mananquil of the commitment of his office not only to strengthening cooperation and coordination with the PCG in the delivery of services, programs, and initiatives for the overseas Filipino workers in Nagoya but also to providing immediate assistance and resolving labor and welfare-related concerns of OFWs in the covered jurisdiction.
