ADVISORY NO. 11s 2026

As part of MWO–OWWA Osaka’s initiative to strengthen the Japanese language proficiency of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) who are already working in the Western and Central Japan through programs that support their long-term professional development and daily life adaptation, in partnership with TESDA National Language Skills Center, we are conducting a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Survey which aims to identify the language proficiency, job-related competencies, cultural adaptation, and personal development needs of the OFWs within its jurisdiction prefectures.

The survey feedback will help us determine the priority training programs and develop interventions for OFWs in our area of responsibility that will enhance their employability, workplace readiness, and global competitiveness. All the information that will be provided therein will be treated with confidentiality and used solely for training needs assessment and program development purposes.

Accordingly, we require all Supervising Organizations, Accepting Organizations/Employers, and Sending Organizations/PRAs to disseminate to their deployed OFWs the TNA Survey Form that can be accessed through the QR Code or Link provided below:

Likewise, we encourage the participation of all OFWs in Western and Central Japan in this survey in order that we can get accurate information/data and help us create an effective training plan.
